The Return and Refund Policy of MANHAT 

An item purchased may be returned to us subject to following terms and conditions:

  1. The product has physical damage (you must record a video to support your claim).
  2. The customer is handed the incorrect products.
  3. The product does not match the description on the website, Facebook page, or Instagram account.
  4. The products have their original tags and are unused, undamaged, and unsoiled.
  5. The product needs to be in a selling state.

Return and Refund :

Items that are broken or damaged during handling or delivery may be returned to Perfume Shop Bangladesh. It must be returned in the same or undamaged state as when it was received. We don’t accept returns for fragrances in opened cellophane or boxes. We don’t sell or resale fragrances that have been opened. Therefore, testing and returning is not a possibility.

We must receive your request in front of the delivery person when you receive your item after payment if there is a damaged or broken item; otherwise, we will not accept any claims, returns, or refund requests made later .

Items that are branded and sealed are restricted from being returned. Items that are offered for sale in sets or packages The item must be in the same condition as when the buyer received it and be utilised. The product needs to be in its original box. The item must be accompanied by the evidence of purchase or receipt.

We can assist you if you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason! Returns are accepted within three business days of purchase. You can return your item for a refund using the original payment method, shop credit, or an alternative item.

We will check your item as soon as it arrives and let you know that your returned item has been received. After examining the item, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund. If you decide to return the goods, you will be liable for the delivery fee.

There is no refund for the shipping fee. You are exempt from paying the shipping fee if the vendor sends you a replacement item. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any additional support.
