The terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) under which we provide you with any of the products (“Products”) featured on our website, manhatbd.com (the “Site”), are explained on this page (as well as in the documents referred to on it). Before placing an order for any products from the website, please carefully read these terms and conditions. You should be aware that you accept these terms and conditions by placing an order for any of the products. By choosing the print option from your browser’s “File” menu, you can print a copy of these terms and conditions. Please be aware that whether or not you order any products from the site, using the site is subject to the terms stated in the Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
We are serious about privacy. Depending on how you use our services, we process different types of personal data. We use your personal information to match your preferences with our online and in-store services, to deliver goods and services, to respond to your inquiries, to get in touch with you about customised goods and services that might be of interest to you, to conduct competitions or prize draws, or to perform pertinent administrative tasks. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After clicking on the item you want to buy, you can follow the on-screen instructions to place an order for the product. By selecting the “Proceed to Secure Payment” button on the “Payment Details” page, you will have the chance to review and fix any input problems in your order up until the point at which you submit it.
Following your purchase, you will get an email from us confirming receipt of your order, providing an order number and an order summary (the “Order Confirmation”). Note that this is not an indication that your order has been approved. We consider your order to be an offer to purchase a product. Every order is subject to our approval, and we will notify you via email once the product has been shipped (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). Only until we deliver you the Dispatch Confirmation for the relevant product will our agreement be legally binding.
Only the products whose dispatch we have verified in the dispatch confirmation will be covered by the contract.
Until the shipment of any additional products that may have been included in your purchase has been verified in a different dispatch confirmation, we will not be required to provide them.
For whatever reason, we may decide not to accept your order, in which case we will not be responsible to you or anybody else.
Your order might not be processed by us if. The item you ordered is either discontinued or out of stock or there is an issue with your payment method’s permission.
Payment Method
Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, NexusPay, CityTouch, Debit/Credit Card, and Bank Transfer (NPSB)
The option of cash on delivery is accessible across Bangladesh, Orders of up to 15,000 TK. There is a booking confirmation fee of 130 Taka for orders under 5000 Taka, 250 Taka for orders up to 10,000 Taka, and 1000 Taka for orders over 10,000 Taka. The cost of the booking confirmation is not refundable. However, if the prospective customer has no prior purchase history or has experienced a COD issue in the past, we may propose to switch the “Cash on Delivery” option to any “Pre-Payment” method that is more suitable for them.
Delivery
You selected the delivery option when you placed your order, and we will deliver the items to you in line with that selection.
We will ship all of the items in your order that we have supplied at once, though sometimes in separate shipments. The delivery address you provided in your order will be the recipient of the delivery. For information on our delivery locations and possible delivery alternatives, please refer to Delivery Information. We are unable to deliver the same order to more than one address. Any additional carrying or placing of the requested products is not our responsibility.
We dispatch packages within 48 hours. Then the assigned delivery agent makes a phone call before the delivery attempt during office hours. However, if partner logistics experience any issue, it may take more time. The customer will get a closed box as a delivery package. If the delivery box is opened, the customer should not receive the package. And the delivery box can’t be opened until payment is completed. To make sure or check the product, open it in front of the delivery person, or any claim, return, or refund request will not be accepted.
Since we must maintain discipline for all orders, packages, labels, entries, inspections, and hand over big packages to our logistics partner exclusively to make home deliveries, we are unable to offer urgent, pick-up, or same-day delivery owing to time constraints.
Risk and Ownership
The products you ordered will be your responsibility once they are delivered, and we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of the products once they have been delivered, with the exception of products that are defective or damaged upon delivery or that have been delivered in error.
Only after the products are delivered to you or we have received full payment for all amounts owed for the products (including shipping fees), whichever comes first, will ownership of the products pass to you.
Price and Payment
Unless there is a clear error, the pricing of any product will be as stated on our website from time to time.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but orders for which you have already received a shipment confirmation will not be impacted.
We need full payment before we can finish your order. You can use most common payment methods to make a payment by completing the The majority of widely used payment options are available for use after you complete the required information on the “Payment Details” page.
You confirm that the card or account being used is yours when you pay for your order with a credit/debit card or any other payment method. Every field marked as required must be filled out. Please be aware that your information will only be used in ways that comply with our privacy policy. Every owner of a credit, debit, or payment account is subject to validation checks and card issuer authorization. We will not accept your order and will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery if the card issuer declined to authorise payment. We are not required to give you an explanation for the rejection.
If your bank or card issuer charges you because we processed your credit/debit card payment in line with your order, we are not liable.
There are a lot of products on our website, and even with our best efforts, it’s always possible that some of them are priced erroneously. As soon as we become aware of any such mistakes, we will correct them. We will typically, at our discretion, either reject your purchase and tell you of such a rejection or contact you for instructions prior to shipping the product if the correct price of a product differs from the price listed on our website.
Return Policy
Items that are broken or damaged during handling or delivery may be returned to us. It must be returned undamaged and in the same state as when it was originally received. Returns of unsealed boxes or cellophane scents are not accepted. We don’t sell or resale fragrances that have been opened. Therefore, testing and returning is not a possibility.
Any claim, return, or refund request will not be accepted if the item is damaged or broken; instead, we must receive your request in front of the delivery person upon payment when you receive your item.
Exchanges
We are pleased to provide a partial refund or swap the item for a new bottle (if in stock) in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective bottle. To start the procedure, kindly notify us as soon as your product arrives.
However, the box cannot be exchanged if it has dust, a small dent, a deformity, or other minor problems. These happen frequently during the delivery or handling procedure.
In keeping with your legal rights, we may provide an exchange or refund if any goods you buy are defective, damaged, or inaccurate when it is delivered to you. Following the Returns Procedure, you should send a product back to us if you think it is defective.If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.
Insurance
We ensure that you will receive your purchase if you purchase from this store. If the delivery address is within Dhaka, we are pleased to provide you with a complete refund if the merchandise is lost, missing, or not delivered.
We promptly send out the booking slip, consignment number, and photographs via courier for delivery outside of Dhaka. The customer must re-track or locate the package if it is lost, not delivered, or goes missing; otherwise, the courier service will be held accountable.
Refunds
Our representatives will examine your request and check the item after we receive your returned item. To let you know that we have received your item and are working on your request, we will message you. After the request has been completed, we will send you another message to inform you whether your return was accepted. The money will be returned right away if it is accepted. It could take up to 28 days for the logistics department to confirm whether an item is “lost or not delivered” before you can claim a refund. The money will be returned right away once it has been verified.
Our Cancellation Policy
You will be responsible for returning the items to us at your own risk if you choose to cancel a purchase after we have shipped them. Any loss or damage to the products while they are in transit will not be our responsibility. You have five days from the date of delivery to return any such merchandise. You must keep the products in your possession and take reasonable care of them until they are returned. Using one of the methods outlined in our Returns Procedure, you should send the products back to us unused, undamaged, and in the original packing that came with them.
Any money that we deduct from your credit, debit card, or other payment method after you cancel your order and return the items will be fully returned, including the cost of shipping if you paid for it. If any product value is lost due to needless handling on your part, we may take that amount from your compensation. Within a fair amount of time, we will send you an email informing you of your reimbursement. Usually, we will reimburse you for any money you have paid us using the same method you used to make the initial purchase.
In any event, we will process your refund as soon as possible, but no later than
(a) 14 days after we receive your returned goods;
(b) 14 days after you give us proof that you have returned the goods;
(c) 14 days after you give us notice to cancel the order if no products have been shipped.
Without providing a reason, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order or to refuse to sell. Sometimes the reasons we reject the order are if the prospective client
a)It is on the blacklist of logistics firms and the fragrance business.
b)Have a prior delivery return or rejection
c)Has no prior purchase history
d)Refuses to cooperate to start an order processing
e)does not accept terms and conditions or shop policy.
Our Liability
We have a legal obligation to provide products that meet the terms of the agreement. Any damage that is not reasonably anticipated or any commercial loss—which includes lost earnings, contracts, goodwill, opportunities, and other comparable losses—are not covered by our liability policy.
This in no way excludes or limits our liability for any bodily harm or death brought on by our carelessness, our culpability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be disclaimed under English law.
11.3 Your statutory legal rights are unaffected by anything in our terms and conditions.
Events outside our control
We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations due to events outside of our reasonable control.
General
These terms and conditions will be presumed to be deleted if any of them are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable; the other terms and conditions will still be in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions on the Site at any time without giving you advance notice, as long as it doesn’t impact any purchases you made prior to the change taking effect.
We do not break a right just because we do not enforce it. Your rights under these terms and conditions cannot be transferred or assigned.
Accessing the site
We cannot promise that the website will run error-free, uninterrupted, or constantly. You must not try to tamper with, hack into, or otherwise interfere with the site’s functionality, or any computer system, server, router, or other internet-connected equipment. This includes trying to get around security measures.

In the event that you select or get a password, user ID, or other piece of information as part of our security protocols, you are required to keep it private and not share it with any outside parties. We reserve the right to disable any password or user ID, whether you picked it or we issued it to you, at any time if we believe you have violated any of these Terms of Use.
